Terry Robinson

Terry has been with Peter Lees Real Estate for over 30 years, it was his first real estate job and now his love of the company and industry has seen him become the business owner and Director. Many years ago when finishing school, he was torn between differing career paths and eventually chose to start his own business. He built up his own company and employed a large number of staff. During this time he bought and sold property through Peter Lees.

In leading the Peter Lees team, Terry focuses on the importance of staff retention, dedication to continual training and industry qualification and, above all, a client focused approach to business.

When Terry first started with Peter Lees Real Estate his specialty was in investment sales. In the early days of property investing, we regularly ran investment seminars and Terry liaised with these clients who trusted him implicitly – often leaving property selection totally to Terry and never actually viewing the property themselves. Terry has always carried out extensive research on his sale properties and because of this we never had any investor complain of poor advice from him. In fact, many of these clients are now quite wealthy as a result of his meticulous care in property selection.

Many people would not be aware that Terry is a highly skilled pistol shooter who has represented the State many times.  He also enjoys fishing, although his passion is less about the sport and more about filling the freezer (his passion for his vegie garden correlates to this). Terry is an extremely disciplined person who rarely forgets a name or face.
