Real Estate Photographer & Content Creator

 We’re excited to welcome a Real Estate Photographer & Content Creator to join our team for a fun, creative, and rewarding hybrid role focused on property media and content creation across social media and video platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to turn creativity into a long-term, in-house career within a people-first, award-winning real estate business.

About the Role

This role is primarily focused on capturing high-quality property content, including:

• Photography shooting and editing
• Drone photography (licensed or willing to obtain)
• Floorplan creation
• Occasional Property videography
• Occasional Portrait Photography
• Occasional Fun, engaging content creation for social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube
• Based in our Launceston Office Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm No weekend work

You’ll work closely with our sales and property management teams and be guided day-to-day by our Digital Marketing Coordinator, who will work closely with you, support your growth, and help you build confidence with systems, training, and creative direction.

While experience with cameras, editing, and real estate media is a bonus, we’re equally interested in potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.

Equipment & Tools

We provide all necessary photography and media equipment for the role.
You’re also welcome to use your own gear if preferred.

Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Letterbox Droppers. As a Letterbox Dropper, you will play a crucial role in promoting our business and reaching potential customers by distributing promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and pamphlets directly to households. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, are physically fit, and are looking for a flexible and dynamic work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Distribute promotional materials to residential areas according to assigned routes.
• Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of marketing materials to targeted letterboxes.
• Report any issues, feedback, or concerns encountered during distribution to the supervisor.
• Monitor and manage the quantity of materials distributed to avoid wastage or shortages.
• Maintain knowledge of the products or services being promoted to answer basic inquiries from residents
