PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Are you an organised, proactive individual who enjoys supporting a dynamic team and delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our growing company!

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone to assist with general administration duties, reception responsibilities, and creative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment and takes pride in being proactive and efficient in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Reception duties: greeting clients, answering phones, and managing email correspondence
  • Assisting with creative tasks – experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations of our Property Management and Sales Departments
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional front-of-house presence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in administration or reception (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or similar creative software (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail

As a Letterbox Dropper, you will play a crucial role in promoting our business and reaching potential customers by distributing promotional materials, such as flyers, brochures, and pamphlets directly to households. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy being outdoors, are physically fit, and are looking for a flexible and dynamic work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute promotional materials to residential areas according to assigned routes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of marketing materials to targeted letterboxes.
  • Report any issues, feedback, or concerns encountered during distribution to the supervisor.
  • Monitor and manage the quantity of materials distributed to avoid wastage or shortages.
  • Maintain knowledge of the products or services being promoted to answer basic inquiries from residents
