The role:
- Responsible for managing your own varied portfolio of residential properties
- Liaise with tenants and owners to ensure positive results
- Organising property maintenance
- Conduct periodic, entry and exit inspections
About you:
- A hard-working individual, excellent communicator and negotiator
- Good listener
- Someone confident in their time management skills
- Outstanding presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to focus with a high level of attention to detail
- Industry experience and a current Drivers Licence
- You must have a Tasmanian Property Representative Licence prior to starting

About you:
- You don’t need to have any industry experience, but we’re looking for someone just as focused as we are on upholding our team values
- You must be willing and able to obtain a Tasmanian Real Estate Licence during the first 6 months of employment (or already have one)
Ideally, you will also have the following attributes:
- Relevant experience deemed equivalent to perform the requirements of the position
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word is essential
- Ability to work independently and take direction as required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Demonstrate great time-management skills and a high level of attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
- Sound judgement, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure in a deadline driven environment
About the role:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide administration support to the department
- Being able to effectively communicate with all team members to ensure streamlined processes and a positive work environment
- Assist with general office duties
- Inspection support when required
- Support to Property Managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Keeping up to date on Property Management legislation

SALES CONSULTANT: A SMARTER CAREER

Join us at Peter Lees Real Estate, where we offer a generous starting salary package of $74,200 PA and can rise to a salary package of $100,800 PA + bonuses after 4 months. Our average sales consultants earn between $150,000 to $200,000 annually with further potential.
