Taia Munro

Taia is someone who naturally makes people feel comfortable from the moment they meet her. Whether she is supporting the Property Management team, helping a client, or stepping in wherever needed, she brings a calm, caring, and positive energy to every part of her role.

Since joining Peter Lees, Taia has grown tremendously within the business, transitioning from Reception into Property Management Support and becoming a trusted support person across the department. She is known for her reliability, adaptability, and strong work ethic, and she approaches every task with enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to learn. Taia has a natural ability to stay organised under pressure while still making time to support the people around her with kindness and patience.

As part of our Property Management team, Taia now provides support across the entire department and plays an important role in helping the day to day operations run smoothly. Her attention to detail, thoughtful approach, and genuine care for both clients and colleagues make her an incredibly valued part of the team.

Beyond her professionalism, Taia is also known around the office for her humour and ability to brighten even the busiest days. She has a quick wit, a beautiful heart, and a way of making people feel genuinely supported and appreciated. She brings a lovely balance of professionalism and lightheartedness to the workplace, which makes her such a joy to work alongside.

Outside of work, Taia enjoys spending time with family, growing her ever expanding plant collection, and searching for hidden treasures while op shopping. As the eldest of nine siblings, caring for others has always come naturally to her, and it is something that shines through in both her work and everyday life.
