Since joining the team in 2001, Renee has lived and breathed every corner of this business. Reception, Property Management, Marketing, Sales Administration, she has done it all, and done it exceptionally. That journey across virtually every role in the company has shaped her into something rare: a leader who doesn't just manage from above, but understands the detail, the pressure, and the human side of every part of the operation.

Now, as Property Management & Operations Manager, Renee is the backbone of the team. She sets the standard, holds it high, and brings everyone along with her in training, mentoring, and creating space for the people around her to grow and flourish. Her leadership is as warm as it is effective, and the culture of this office bears her fingerprints in the best possible way.

Along the way she has earned numerous industry awards including a Sustainable Leadership Award for her ongoing mission to drag the office into a paperless future and completed both her Certificate IV in Business and her Diploma of Property (Agency Management). Though anyone who has worked alongside her will tell you the real measure of Renee goes well beyond what's on paper. Ironic, really.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

As a family-orientated person, Renee appreciates spending time with family (most often at a sporting event) and volunteering at Basketball score tables. Renee was the Bench Chair at the recent NBL finals series taken out by the Tasmanian Jackjumpers and is regularly seen on the Bench for the Launceston Tornadoes Basketball Club (NBL1).
