Kim joins Peter Lees Real Estate with an impressive professional background spanning criminal and civil investigations, including senior leadership roles within Victoria Police as a Detective Sergeant and Deputy Director of Professional Standards.

With extensive experience in complex investigations and high-level communication, Kim brings a calm, analytical approach and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Her career has been built on integrity, attention to detail and clear communication — qualities that translate seamlessly into real estate.

After many years in policing, Kim made the decision to pursue a completely new career path. Having always held a strong interest in property, real estate felt like the right next chapter. The high staff retention and positive team culture at Peter Lees Real Estate stood out to her immediately, reinforcing her desire to join a supportive and respected office.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys relaxing with visits to local wineries, spending time in the garden, and riding horses — even competing in dressage. She previously competed in powerlifting for three years, demonstrating the discipline and determination that continues to shape her professional approach today.
