Karen Lane

With almost two decades of experience in real estate, Karen brings a deep well of knowledge, structure, and people-focused support to her role in Operations Support. Her career began with Peter Lees Real Estate many years ago after an unforgettable experience as a tenant first “wow’d” her, and even though she has since broadened her skills across other agencies and within the medical field, Peter Lees has always felt like home. Returning now feels like a full-circle moment.

Generous and kind, Karen is known for her ability to steady a room, solve problems calmly, and support those around her. She has managed portfolios, mentored developing staff, documented procedures, and helped shape how high-performing property management teams operate. As Operations Support, she works across all departments, supporting our Operations Manager and also in Client Delight, developing initiatives to strengthen systems, uplift service, and ensure the smooth, thoughtful experience our clients expect.

Outside the office, Karen enjoys going to the gym with her husband Jason, spending time with family and friends, and travelling to visit her grandchild whenever she gets the chance.
