Dipesh

Before joining the Peter Lees Green Team, Dipesh built his foundation across customer service and logistics; fast-paced, people-driven environments that demanded sharp organisation, reliability, and the ability to deliver under pressure. He began tertiary studies in accounting, developing a natural head for detail and process that continues to serve him well today.

His interest in property has been long-standing, and when the time came to make the move, Dipesh committed fully, completing his real estate registration and currently undertaking his Certificate IV in Property. He approaches his career the same way he approaches everything: with discipline, genuine care, and a quiet determination to do things properly.

Clients warm to Dipesh quickly. There's a relaxed, unhurried energy about him that puts people at ease, and he is the kind of person who truly listens, taking in everything before moving forward. Building trusted relationships isn't a strategy for Dipesh, it's just who he is.

Outside of work, Dipesh has recently stepped into the most rewarding role of his life: becoming a father. It's a chapter that has only deepened his sense of responsibility and his drive to show up fully for his family and for every client he works with.
