Before joining the Peter Lees Property Management team, Alli built a rich and varied background across healthcare, administration, retail, and hospitality, including time as both a dental assistant and medical receptionist. Those environments shaped her into someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and instinctively people-first. Skills that prove just as valuable helping someone find the right rental home as they did in a busy medical practice.

Now stepping into her Letting Consultant role, Alli brings that same warmth and professionalism to matching tenants with properties and supporting landlords through the process with confidence and care. She thrives in environments where no two days are the same, and genuinely enjoys being part of the moments that matter in people's lives.

Outside of work, Alli is happiest on a spontaneous road trip, a beach, or a campsite with good company.
