Adeline Richardson

Addi joins Peter Lees Real Estate's Property Management team in a Support role, bringing with her a solid background in operations and team coordination gained through her previous experience managing the day-to-day running of a busy local business. She's organised, proactive, and has a genuine knack for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Addi's people-first approach and attention to detail make her a great fit for supporting our Property Management team, our landlords, and our tenants alike. She's someone who takes the time to understand what's needed and gets stuck in to help make it happen.

Outside of work, Addi enjoys staying active through mountain biking and indoor soccer, and has recently taken up photography and is always keen to capture a good moment when she sees one.

We're excited to have Addi on board and can't wait to see her grow with the team.
