Larissa was very responsive in her communication and even offered us a pre-market property inspection as she knew how keen we were. She was also very respectful to the vendors not releasing their address until they were comfortable with it. She was prepared with all information about the property on the day of inspection and very helpful through the offer process. She kindly helped facilitate communication between us and the vendor which I think got us over the line purchasing our property.

Larissa as usual was on the ball and sold my property in 3 weeks for a price I was very happy with. Larissa is very easy to communicate with and very patient and understanding to my circumstances.
