Larissa was very responsive in her communication and even offered us a pre-market property inspection as she knew how keen we were. She was also very respectful to the vendors not releasing their address until they were comfortable with it. She was prepared with all information about the property on the day of inspection and very helpful through the offer process. She kindly helped facilitate communication between us and the vendor which I think got us over the line purchasing our property.

Larrisa’s knowledge of the market became most evident when she took over from another agent as my house had been on the market for the entire selling season and was complicated by a defaulting buyer resulting in a non sale. Larrisa encouraged me to keep the house on the market through winter and sure enough with some cleaver advertising and marketing along with her enthusiastic attitude and personable nature, my house sold quite promptly with a good number of potential buyers.
