We transferred over to Peter Lees after a bad experience with another Launceston real estate and right from the start, Tracy impressed us with her level of professionalism and dedication in managing our property. Her responsiveness to any issues or concerns we have had has been swift and efficient and handled with the care. Tracy and her team have consistently gone above and beyond to help us manage our property, which has had some challenges as we live interstate. For anyone else in a similar situation to us (or if you’re looking for a great rental property manager), I strongly recommend Tracy and Peter Lees and I’m grateful we found them.

Tracy has been a truly wonderful Property Manager for the duration of our tenancy through Peter Lees Real Estate. We were treated with respect by Tracy at all times. All interactions were professional and Tracy always treated us as individuals with respect. It truly was a pleasure to find a Property Manager of this calibre in today's society.

Renting through Peter Lees has been by far the most positive rental experience I have had. From day one, all staff have been friendly, supportive and incredibly helpful. During my tenancy the property was sold to a new owner, and the Peter Lees team made sure to protect my privacy and right to a peaceful environment during the advertisement process. My property manager, Tracy Davenport, in particular was wonderful to work with and so helpful when I was looking for new living arrangements. I deeply appreciate everything this team has done during my tenancy, and will look to them first the next time I have to move.
